Parcels were extracted from the West Virginia statewide parcel dataset provided by the WV GIS Technical Center and State Tax and Revenue Authority.<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN /><\/P><P><SPAN>This dataset includes parcels where WVDOT or its subordinate agencies are listed as property owners.
